After burning a few dvds, my computer has very low space (less than 10% is free) on C drive. This is making the computer really really slow and some programs cant run etc.. I deleted the temporary i could find but there must be some hidden temporary files left.. the program i used was called "vso convert x to dvd" does anyone please know where the other files could be?

Go to the program and see where it stores temporary files that are created while using the program. Also, try running drive cleaner by right clicking on any drive from my computer and selecting properties then in the general tab their should be disk cleanup and make sure to select all the check boxes. Also, check in local settings folder and delete all temp files their(make sure to enable hidden files and folders for all drives while doing this).

We know there is a massive problem of counterfeit and illegal duplication of DVD's because people actually buy them. I have seen pieces of some of them and know that the sound may be lousy, the color faded, the picture fuzzy and most likely not letterboxed - not to mention no surround sound, etc. Unless stolen from a studio print, why would anyone buy such poor quality for $5 when Video stores sell "previously viewed" films including all the big releases a couple of months late but for 4 for $20 or 5 for $25 or 3 for $21 in virtually pristine condition with all the bells and whistles?

That is a really good question! Why DO people spend their money on ILLEGAL duplicates when, if they're patient, they can have the same film later at the same price, yet obtain it legally.
