What is the best burning dvd/cd program that doesn't ask for licensing and all that non sense?

im looking to torrent a program tonight, and it needs to let me download anything without asking for licensing and stuff

I always burn movie to dvd with Total Video2Dvd , very easy to use, work on home dvd player
