While it’s possible to earn this kind of money with only a high school education it’s very rare that it happens. What you describe is a consulting engineer. You need to get a BS or MS in engineering and then get some experience under your belt. Your time line is way too fast. You need time to earn a reputation as a top notch engineer. Then you can command some very good wages.

protected dvds and cds have long codes…..it is a debilitating task to break those codes……some computer experts i know could access codes for this and not have codes for that..it is long ……..it is hard…..!
