Can anyone recommend a decent simple to use DVD burning software?

Something that can be used on relatively low spec machine, something that is as simple as drag-and-drop and then click start.
Must be able to burn files to DVD and CD and create standard music cd's.
Also something cheap, less then £20.
Thankyou.
Something I can just install, click on the icon on the desktop and drag and drop files into a list or add them to a list.
Put a disc in the drive and press start.
Something that simple would be great.
I did get software with the burner but it is just useless.
Nero is very good and user friendly. You can download the trial here and see if you like it.

This is a trick question as I don't know your level of intelligence. Not being funny but I have mates who appear quite intelligent and cannot grasp the basics of burning software. Have bought DVD burners that are OEM and they came with a version of Nero for free.

Most DVD burners come with a software package these days. Are you saying you have a burner that did not come with software? Anyway, I have 2 burners, Phoenix and Memorex, and both came with a copy of Nero Burning. I think I paid $40 per on sale, one at Staples and the other at Office Depot. Why not watch for the sales and pick up a new burner and software at the same time? And I do believe you can download a copy of Nero Burning for free at http://www.nero.com which is not burner specific. Nero Burning is mostly drag and drop and works on my old 133mhz pentium II Windoze 98 machine just fine as long as I don't run too many other programs which would bog down the machine. There are several other software packages out there, some free, some not. Just do a web search using your favorite search engine and you will get hundreds of hits.

I've used 4 different programs and in my opinion Nero is by far the best and easy to use.

My choice would be DeepBurner. The "free" version has fulfilled my needs for data and audio needs.
http://www.deepburner.com
I have used it without incident on 800Mhz PCs with 128MB of RAM.
In 1 incident some fellow students and I tried using Nero and failed to successfully write an ISO image to a CD, but were able to do so with Deepburner. The teaching assistant said that Deepburner seemed to be easier to use than Nero.
There is also a Pro (commercial) version for Deepburner, but I've never seen the need for it. You can even get a portable version that can be put on a USB drive and taken wherever you want.
The free version has the following features taken from the website.
* You can easily create and burn regular data CDs/DVDs
* AudioCD recording functionality is included
* Quickly build and burn ISO Images
* Supports IDE/EIDE, USB, SCSI, and Fire Wire CD/DVD writers
* Overburn function
* DAO, SAO and TAO Writing methods support
* Support for CD-R / CD-RW / DVD-R / DVD+R / DVD-RW / DVD+RW / DVD-RAM
* Create Multi-session CDs
* Bootable CD/DVD support
* Dynamically adjustable drive buffer size
* High Performance File/Disc Caching
* Supports Long File Name (Joliet) File Systems
* Creates ISO (100% DOS/Windows) compatible data CDs/DVDs
* Supports multiple simultaneous recorders
* Easy to use wizards help you create any type of burning project
* The Autorun Wizard makes it easy to create effective autoruns for your CDs
* You can even easily make your own cover, booklet or case insert
* Multi-language interface
