Dvd burning???

26.September, 2009

What file type is better to burn it on a dvd writable disc.
which file type has better quality?
mpg, mpeg, mp4, avi, or dvdrip

Personally, I think avi should have the better quality with smaller size comparing to dvdrip

I think you could use xilisoft creator which has the preview function built-in, so you can c the difference before starting to burn ur movies

The format you choose will depend on what and where your new discs will be…

If you’re saving movies to be played on the computer, then of course choose the format that provides the most quality control, because they’re all compatible.

If you’re building your home DVD collection, then make clones of your original movies (VOB format) , and for downloaded files keep to the format that your home DVD burner will accept…of course if you’re not sure what formats will work on your home machine, then experiment with a few discs to zero in on the one your machine accepts most readily…watch for glitches and freezing between scenes.
