What DVD burning software do you recommend?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with a built-in DVD burner. I tried burning a movie, but I don't think it came installed with the appropriate software. The only option my software gave me was to make a data disc.

I'd like to download user-friendly software that allows me burn movies that I can play in my TV's DVD player.

    for the free versions get deep burner but if you want to buy i would say get an older version of nero preferably version 6. a link to deep burner below.

    if you have a dvd burner you have the software i would think.i like roxio creator classic.not sure but doesnt windows media player burn dvds?does music
