   if your driver goes very slow in write process, mostly happen when you use new nero burning studio you can use ashampoo burning studio 7 or 8
   7 is faster but 8 have more option

   The time of convert and burn movies to video DVD, depend on your computer performance, the movie file format, movie file size and length, and the burning program performance, etc. I still think it is too long that take 4 hours to burn a 1 hour movie, I met the same problem with windows movie maker, it is poor performance, you should try another faster DVD burner to help you, now iam using RZ DVD Creator, works well, it provide the better performance, it support multi conversion thread, you can add more conversion thread in option dialog to enhance speed when convert multiple movies onto one video dvd, it can easy convert any movies to video dvd and burn to any dvd disc(DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL, etc.), and the burned video dvd can be played well on dvd player, provide the better performance and quality.     I’d like to recommend convertxtodvd to you, it’s the best dvd burning software I have ever tried. I always use it to burn DVD to play on my TV, it’s easy to use and works pretty well for me, the burning speed is reaslly fast, if you are interested in it, here is a step by step guide about how to use it

    try imtoo dvd creator, it’s a pretty good software, and i personally use it. i like it cos of its simple interface and uncomplicated settings (though availabe), easy to use for a beginner like me.
