   I don’t know if there’s any completely free soft ware can do this ,but now i am using the RZ DVD Creator ,ineIcahnsive ,it can create/burn standard video DVD from any videos, it can burn long videos into one DVD, it can burn multi videos into one DVD, it can auto fit the size, it can easy add professional dynamic DVD menu, it can convert and burn any videos to DVD(DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL, etc), such as avi to DVD, etc.it works well on my computer,Maybe you can have a try!
