Where can i get a free dvd burning program?

I bought a dvd burning program called "123 copy dvd" and whenever i create a dvd some of the frame is cut off. If anyone has an answer for this question too id appreciate it.

I always burn video to dvd with E.M.Total Video2Dvd , very easy to use, work on home dvd player
step 1: Click "New Project", add video files,
step 2: Click "2. Menu", view dvd menu,
step 3: Click "3. Output", Click "Convert & Burn" output.
