how to compress a 100 minute file in Final Cut Pro to under 4.7gb?

MAC User, so cannot use DVD Shrink!

I just need to no how I compress it in the highest quality poss as it’s a dance show that will go for duplication to a company that require 4.7gb max for a quicktime file.

easy convert to AVI.

you can then fit 7½ hours or so on one disc easily

    go to http://sothink-dvd-movie-maker.en.softonic.com
    they offer a free converter program for windows they may offer one for a Mac (the program converts to avi and you can get 3/4 full films on a dvd(7/9 GB’s)
    use it with a codec pac
    i use http://k-litecodecpack.com check they may do a Mac version

    convertxtodvd will convert and burn that for you no problem
